The Wireframe Exhibition

As soon as we got our group sorted, we began brainstorming for possible exhibition concept that we can present. From our artist statement, we were initially thinking about presenting personal works. But as advised by the lecturers, we should look at relating our major projects into the exhibition to avoid doubling work over the course of semester two. We looked at our major projects and tried looking for connection that we can use as a common theme. It was a bit tricky at first because all projects have a vast difference. We also began delegating individual task for the group. Cay and myself (Nicole) took the role of curators. Angelique and David were exhibiting artist and Michael took charge of branding.

For week 1 and week 2, the main priority as sorting out the team of four or more students. We were asked to think about what are the outcomes we want from this paper and why we chose to do exhibition. For myself (Nicole), Cay and Angelique, we were all interested on the possibility of exhibiting our work aside from our course which is Visual Communication Design. Through our pitch we were able to meet Michael and David who were both VCD students as well, as they had the same intent to display works beyond our VCD course.
